Two ways to reach us
What helps most on a first contact: what you saw and where, how long it has been going on, and whether the building is a single home, a canal-front house, a rental, a condo unit or a commercial space. If winged insects are involved, say roughly what date they appeared and keep a few of them. For a condo, say whether the association or a building manager is already involved, because that changes who we talk to next.
Mention anything that affects the visit: tenants, pets, a lockbox, gated access, or parking that is hard to find. If the problem is mosquitoes in a public canal or ditch rather than your own yard, that one goes to Broward County Mosquito Control through 311 or the county's online form, and we will say so rather than book a treatment you do not need.
